Booking Rules
Drop-ins, Training & Treats
All sessions are currently booked as standard drop-in care visits. Dog training is an add-on service rather than a standalone option. We focus on training during care visits because behavior modification is highly effective when done on-site in your dog's natural environment. We plan to introduce standalone training packages in the near future!Summer Treats Availability
Our homemade pet treats are summer seasonal only. They are crafted specifically to keep pups cool during the hottest months of the year and are strictly unavailable once the season ends.Cashless Payments
We accept Cash App and Venmo only. We do not accept cash payments or personal checks. Remaining balances must be cleared digitally on or before the day of service.Cancellations & Weather Adjustments
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit. For outdoor training add-ons or treat deliveries, we reserve the right to modify activities if summer temperatures reach unsafe levels for you pet's paws and treats.Pet Readiness & Safety
Your pet must be up-to-date required on vaccinations. Owners must provide accurate details regarding severe behavioral triggers, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the first visit, or treat purchase.

Q: Can I buy your seasonal treats year-round?
No, our cooling treats are strictly summer seasonal! We launch them exclusively during the summer months to help your pets beat the heat, so make sure to grab them before the season ends.Q: Can I book a dog training session by itself?
Not just yet! Training is currently offered exclusively as an add-on to our drop-in pet care visits. Training your dog on-site in their environment gets the best results. However, we hope to launch standalone training sessions soon!Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We visit your home to feed your pet, refresh water, provide outdoor breaks, and offer enrichment. You can easily customize any standard drop-in visit by adding training focus or our seasonal summer treats, or any of our other available add-ons.

Hi, I'm Liv! I am an animal and behavior department student, a health intern, and a proud cat mom to Furiosa and Taiga. Growing up with pets of all kinds from dogs to snakes inspired by my ultimate dream of opening a safe animal sanctuary.This business is built in honor of my childhood dog, Ace or who I would call my "Ace Of Hearts". Though he is no longer here physically, he remains my ultimate "why". Our time with our pets is short, so I dedicate every drop-in visit, training add-on, and summer treats to giving your furry family members the absolute best care possible.
